June 2001 - July 2002On starting this position, I successfully protected the company from the Melissa virus and many other threats. After running a company audit I put in place a much better disaster recovery plan and upgraded the IBM servers to a much higher standard. The company specialises in programming of JDedwards (a direct competitor to SAP) I worked along side their blue chip client and keeping up to the forefront of technology. I Managed all aspects of IT.

1997 - 2000On starting Cap Gemini at the ground level after leaving Birmingham University, I was tasked with working on the Internal helpdesk looking after first line support for 100,000 employee's across the country. Ensuring first fix to 90% of all calls logged. Soon after became helpdesk manager and tasked with training all new staff to company standard. I was recommended by the SDM (Service Delivery Manager) to work on-site at one of their biggest clients Thomas Cook, where myself and the team managed 150,000 staff.

January 2000ClubWizard Ltd was launched in 2000 with the demand for events and hospitality to be booked on-line. With over 1,000,000 guests placed at different venues across London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds, we were forefront of technology. In 2005 we expanded our network to www.dinewizard.com a simple site offering restaurant bookings across London and the surrounding areas, giving the general public up to 50% their favourite restaurants at no cost to book. Since then the website has grown and now features over 50,000 venues across the UK and is soon to be expanded to the Europe and the US. In 2006 we launched a sub brand of ClubWizard - www.ticketswizard.co.uk allowing event promoters to sell tickets for special events such as New Years Eve and one off parties. This site is now only used for event managers. In 2007 we expanded our IT Technologies and Telecoms area of the business and launched www.supportwizard.net offering in-house technical support and enhanced telecom solutions for the SME sector. Since then we now have over 50 clients across London and growing year on year. Specialising in the Entertainment & Hospitality sector. we have links with OpenTable, Tissl, Centegra, LiveBookings, Quadranet, Restaurant Diary, Verifone, Ingenico and many more, enabling us to support all aspects of IT for your business.
